Poor communication about waiting times and the reason for a significant wait time. They only allow one person in at a time. They did not mention that at any point. The couch, pillows, floors, and rugs in the “waiting room” were all really visibly dirty and grimy, it also smelled gross upon walking in. I’ve been to dozens of dispensaries and never once has a place smelled like that. Not exactly the most inviting space. When I asked what was going on because this felt kinda sketchy, the employee was immediately defensive and short with me. I genuinely didn’t understand what was going on. Please communicate with your customers. I was very disappointed by this experience as a hopeful first time customer.
