I have incredibly high standards of customer service expectations. When I go to a new place to shop, that's the first thing I judge. (Well 2nd, 1st now is cleanliness). Entering the store was a great visual experience with almost immediate calm because the store looked and felt clean without feeling clinical or cold. The greeting I received from Ja Ja was warm and friendly. He asked what my needs are, and was very knowledgeable (he was able to answer all my questions and there were many!) about the various CBD products that I might be interested in. It felt like we were collaborating about my extreme pain, anxiety and depression treatment plan. He treated me with respect and kindness, which I don't get a lot of at my age and obesity level. I was not an inconvenience or rushed to making decisions he wanted me to make. He was not pushy or a back alley used car salesman. When I left, I felt confident that I'd made the best decisions for my body as well as my wallet. (Their prices are really great and lower than anywhere I've been before! Their brand selections are top quality.) I definitely felt cared for with the level of service I received. Ja Ja is amazing at customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much!
