I have always had a good experience here, except for my last visit. I purchased a cartridge, went home and tried it, and unfortunately it came with a burnt/defective coil. I understand you can't take every customer's word when it comes to an exchange, but unfortunately I was assured by their customer service phone line that I could come in and recieve an exchange. Unfortunately, I was sent to the store and denied an exchange. I just wanted a working product! It's a shame that they would not honor their own customer service. This is the only time I've requested assistance on a product, and it literally left a bad taste in my mouth!
