NY MMJ user here and have been coming to Curate for quite some time now. Had the pleasure of taking part in their sift sale a few months ago and called early to request 2 oz’s to be bulk packaged to save the store on packaging. After making the 6.5 hour trip the order was there waiting for me, but after a lengthy process, was told that the promotion could not be honored because it was part of a first time patient deal. This is fine but I wasn’t a first time patient when I took part in the promotion. One of the first things told to me by Darren, the owner I believe, was “We don’t have many deals because our pricing is already very low.” To much of my disappointment, I went home yesterday without purchasing sift, but Curate did offer 20% off my purchase for the trouble. I’ve had some time to experience Maine’s market now and can honestly say that there are many other places out there with the same or more aggressively priced flower that have no problem honoring promotions or clearly communicating issues and mistakes that can happen with promotions. The quality of the flower here is great no complaints there, but the service and marketing have disappointed on several occasions.
