The customer experience has gone down hill by a lot. They hardly ever have indica in stock in the store. They don’t restock often & the loyalty card was quietly taken away. You can rack up points with purchases but it’s nowhere near the deal you received with the loyalty card. Also, it says they close at 10 but if you’re not there before 9:45 pm they lock the door and won’t let you in, just a heads up.
