I’ve been coming to releaf since 2019 when I come to Vegas. Recently I haven’t been getting the same customer service. I went in today and the doorman was friendly and welcoming. The sales person (Marc) was discussing things with us using an attitude. He was not very friendly. I asked to use my discount coupon for the transaction but I was told that it couldn’t be applied to sale items. I added another item to be able to use the discount. When I called, I got the run around from the supervisor on duty. He stated the discount would be applied to only the items that qualify for the discount. I had five items and all five items had a discount applied to them. The transaction also has the WD: 4 for $55 vada infused sale information on the receipt. So why did the rep and supervisor state that if the items were on sale, that the discount wouldn’t apply to it ? Every single item on my receipt has a discount applied. The supervisor kept going against himself.
