My first purchase here was a half oz that was too dry to smoke. I reached out to customer service. They offered me 25 off of the same shelf i had a problem with. I said this was unacceptable. So they offered me 25 off anything in the store. I originally spent 50 +tax. I misunderstood the offer, i thought it was any half for 25, which would have been more appropriate, quite generous, yes, but I felt that after I had been ripped off of course they would want to be generous in order to make it right. The misunderstanding was my fault. The waste of time offers they give to make up for their mistakes are a joke My budtender was nice but they arent provided with the cannabanoid content of their product so I caught her trying to google the potential cbd content of the strain i was buying. i thought that was pretty surprising, bad training i suppose. I will not be returning In fairness the second time the product was much much better. but i dont need to leave pissed off every time i need to p
