I used to love NETA. It was my happy place. Recently, however, there has been a sharp decline in quality of product and helpfulness. My medical license renewed in December 2023 and, because of a policy change, I lost 2 vouchers. I was told no exceptions would be made; all unused vouchers wouldn’t be accepted after December. Unhappy with that decision, I stayed away for a couple of months, only to discover that, in fact, exceptions were made and there was a grace period extended to those who came in during January with expired vouchers. How is it helpful that I was not told this when I asked in December? Most recently, I purchased a strain called Townie Blend, which was on special, so I guess I should haven known. However, the quality of this flower is really bad. I could do better from a dealer. I was disappointed that flower as bad as this could actually be sold to medical patients. Rant over.
