Used to be an awesome shop. I've been a patient and customer since they opened. Their service and attitude have gone significantly downhill. Then there was the mystery closing. I had racked up over 5,300 loyalty points. I thought I lost them but fortunately they opened up again. I would use my points to round up and gave the cash as a tip to the budtenders so I never completely cashed them out. On my second to last visit, I got chewed out by some young punk staffer because I answered my cell phone in the shop. It was the police calling me back (so, yea, I'm going to answer) on a check-the-welfare report I called in for someone passed out behind the building. There were no signs about cell usage, yet while I'm on the phone with the Watch Seargent I'm rudely interrupted and told by the staffer "you have go over there to talk on your cell phone." as he scowled at me clearly expecting compliance. No "please", no "excuse me", no manners at all. So, I waited for a sale, came in and cashed out ALL of my loyalty points. I'll be trying some of the other shops around to see if they are willing to treat me politely in exchange for my business.
