Person at check in didn’t greet us like she did the rest of the customers. Super rude. I had to ask how you’re doing twice to get some kind of hospitable reply. Made the first impression of this place awkward and pointed. My bud tender was amazing on the other hand. Well spoken and informative. Very bubbly personality. Totally opposite of the first encounter. Hoping they greet everyone with a smile or decent acknowledgement.
