I placed a pick up order on Weedmaps and when I come in to pay for my item they tell me that they don't have 2 out of the 4 items that I ordered. The white girl at the window was no help. She didn't offer me no deal. Maybe a cheap preroll. Nothing at all! I'm not asking for my whole order to be free and it's not like it's coming out of their pocket anyways. This is how y'all don't get people to come back. My first time here too and it's already off to a bad start. Not to mention I feel like I'm getting stared down by the security outside. Any other place I go to the security are nice and welcoming and show their eyes but this man acted like he was mr macho and owned the place, walking around with his chest out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I didn't even get to step inside to see everyone else's customer service. But the ones who need better training are the ones at the window. Yes she was apologetic but no one was trying to make it right. I just waisted my time and gas and for what??
