Codes sales Invisible Flower!!!! Bought some stuff Tuesday including some flower that I didn't open until last night. The jar of flower had been opened and there was literally no flower in it. I went to codes and spoke with the lady at the front who was very nice and said it does happen sometimes and they would replace it after I asked for a manager to discuss it.Ok so all good right? Get back to get my flower to replace the empty container and the whatever she is "manager" said she couldnt replace it since it was 3 day old purchase and if I had come back that day I coulda had it replaced. So just because I didnt know it was empty that day. They wont replace it and make it right. I spend alot of money at this place and its complete crap that they admitted it happens but then wont fix their mistake. Ive always loved going to codes because of the people. If they are going to let Bailey or whatever her name is treat loyal consistent customers like this, I'm done with Codes. I already know what people will say. Im trying to get free stuff or something. Why would I make up something like this over a 30 dollar jar when I've been a consistent customer that always leaves good reviews and really like the atmosphere at Codes and spends money. But that's all done now thanks to one person. Enjoy not getting those good tips anymore. Guess I'll just go anywhere but Codes from now on.Thank you to all the employees that were always nice and helped me when I was there. To the manager or whatever you are, all you had to do was make it right, you helped the building behind you just get alot more business from me. I'll also be encouraging everyone that I know to switch as well. Sorry I'm frustrated you sold me a jar of nothing and I didnt want to make it public and do this but here we are. Thanks for nothing Codes.
