first off I have been waiting 3 weeks plus now for a refund I was supposed to get and still haven't got. when I call and ask them they claim the site is run by a 3rd party and there's nothing they can do?? so now they took my money and I'm not getting it back. they also now don't take orders at the door which is the same place you pick up so other then just being an inconvenience I don't see how that helps with covid? so basically they now force you to purchase products from a third party who they can not guarantee. I have been coming here since they opened about twice a week min if not more and spent lots there including most of their other locations and this one is one of the worst. even with me knowing 90% of the staff there i still often find them rude, unhelpful, or simply uneducated about the products they sell. long story short id stay FAR away and I've now contacted a lawyer to get my refund back. I'd rather quit or go to one of the 6 other options we have just in this city.
