I didn't know a thing about vaping but wanted to stop smoking and move to vaping to help me quit. The owner, Sarah, took a good amount of time going over the options that were available and explained all of the pros and cons of each. Then when I purchased the kit, she opened it up and showed me how it assemble it, change the coils and pretty much setup the kit for use. She was very pleasant and has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend Valley Vapors as a place to go for newbies like me and for the more experienced people as well, seeing as they had a ton of flavor bottles and equipment to choose from!
