Wow the customer service from Lead Melissa today was the worst I’ve ever experienced I bought Jelly Roll from Essence flower and it was 7 months old and dry called spoke to someone in another state told me to bring it back ask for manager for replacement So I did Melissa acted like I did something wrong by bringing it back and told me she wouldn’t do it again so I asked if they always sell old weed she replied yes we sell it until off the shelf and No one checks dates so I better check before I buy from them or not shop there if I don’t like it Mellisa has been rude before to me but liked the sales at zen so I put up with her ignorance I lost my temper and cursed before I left with that old shitty weed So weed doesn’t expire??? Yes it starts losing THC after six months and it was dry and almost completely dust All the money I’ve spent at Zen leaf and get treated like dirt Don’t shop there do yourself a favor and no need to get ripped off or get old smoke Crazy
