I *USED* to come here because the employees were friendly and it was convenient. But then, they’d constantly be out of what I wanted. I kept coming. Then my wife went in and asked for something comparable to what I usually get (X-Tabs 50mg). The budtender made a recommendation and my wife bought it because they’re the professionals, right?? Well no. They sold her CBG tablets, and we did not notice until we got home. We called and explained what happened. We bought what they advised, we noticed they made the ABSOLUTE WRONG recommendation, and it remained unopened. Their answer? “Though Šhit.” No returns, exchanges, or refunds. EVEN IF THEY RECOMMEND AND SELL YOU THE WRONG THING! I would’ve accepted an exchange for the exact same product but WITH THC (same price), or a refund, or even an equivalent store credit to compensate for the erroneous recommendation/sale. We have spent *SO MUCH* money here. And they DO NOT CARE.
