)I loved the improvements they made after going rec and this quickly became my go to dispensary for the last couple years. Several times now I have made orders and one or more things I’ve ordered are not in stock. This time they don’t have any batteries for cartridges even though it is the day they discount vape pen cartridges and you can’t use them without a battery. Last time they were out of a half ounce and had nothing similar to replace it. Their selection isn’t as large or diverse as it once was so it’s not easy to just swap what was out of stock for another product. I’m a medical patient with severe spinal damage so when I get out to go somewhere (even if it’s to get medicine) it’s not easy for me to do. I will say that the bud tenders are kind and recommend things that can help me and I’m grateful for that. I also would like to mention that I had an art show here for the local arts alive Arcata and was extremely disappointed when I came in on 4/20 and saw that they had covered several of my art pieces and my artist statement with their clothing racks, a t shirt manikin and other things. They never told me that my paintings were in the way or that they would be obscured. They never gave me the opportunity to move my paintings and artist statement so it wouldn’t be hidden behind a rack of clothes for sale. I’ve made several visits and purchases here and have become fond of the bud tenders so I don’t want to give up on them, but at the same time I’m frustrated with the lack of selection and that they don’t update their menu as often as they should. I keep trying to go back and give them another chance but am almost always left disappointed. Really hope they can turn things around.
