Frequently Asked Questions 1. What is the curbside pickup process. How will I know when my order is confirmed and when I can come pick it up? • Load your cart with all your favorites • Once your products are loaded, you’ll choose either “Pick-up” or “Delivery.” Make sure to choose Pickup! • After checking out, we’ll get right to work. You’ll receive a confirmation text message when we begin to process your order, so remember to be patient! • When your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll shoot you a pick-up text message letting you know to head on over. Don’t forget your personal ID and phone — you’ll need to flash both your ID and the pick-up text message to our customer service rep in the parking lot. • When you get here, park and click the link in your pick-up text message. Follow the prompts and then our rep will greet you at your car to re-confirm your order, accept payment, and make the hand off. 2. How does 24/7 ordering work? • If you order from our site prior to the cutoff time listed, you will be able to pick up your order the same day. If you order after the cutoff time or overnight, you will be able to pick up your order the next day. Our pick up service start at 8am and go until 8pm each day. 3. If my order contains a daily special but it is not being picked up, will I still receive that discount? • Of course. Any order that includes a deal will honor that deal whether the order is picked up same day or next day. 4. What is the legal limit I can purchase online for curbside pickup? • Each customer may purchase up to 28g of flower or 3500mg of concentrates (edibles, vapes, infused prerolls and wax) per day. 5. Can I adjust my order? • Once your order has been submitted you are unable to adjust it online. The best time to make any adjustment would be when our team calls you to confirm your order. 6. Can I speak with someone about my order? • Absolutely, but if you are calling regarding your order status, please see the curbside pickup above and rest assured that we are working on it. Our stores are exceptionally busy right now so our hold times may be longer than normal. We are extremely grateful that we can continue serving our local community during these difficult times by bringing our products directly to your home! Front desk staff is always great! The sales staff are really a hit or miss. Today, and one other time, I get this bud tender that really knows how to push a sale, but you really need to work on your attitude when a customer actually knows what their talking about, and can plainly see what’s on your guys shelves. And most great sales persons doesn’t call anyone “baby”, or “sweetie”. It’s degrading, disrespectful, and honestly annoying. I asked for a particular Stizzy product, and you didn’t have it. I asked again if you had any other kinds, and even said I saw it on your self on the other side of the store. You decided to lie to my face and say that you had no other brands at that time that had “4 or 5” prerolls in a pack. I asked you to then look at said product that I saw, and WOW it was another stizzy w/5 rolls it. Then I asked for two, and when I get home, I see a free pre roll in the bag and on the receipt. So tell me why you didn’t even mention to us about that deal? Because you cared more about your sales than the customer.
