Used to come frequently, now may never return. I was recommended something new, a cart from “Locals Only”. The product did not work with my 510 battery (box said cart works with all 510s) so I brought the cart in the shop to simply do an exchange for something that works with my battery. I was given a crappy 510 battery and was told that they wouldn’t exchange my cart since it “technically” works, just not with MY battery as advertised. The smile on the clerk’s face as she told me they couldn’t do anything like that was so smug and I was being very polite. But when it became clear that the place was ripping me off I let them know my mind and that I very likely wouldn’t be returning. Now I have a crappy battery and a cart that doesn’t work with my premium Kodo Pro. I would’ve gladly exchanged for something cheaper and left the difference to the shop. I just happened to be dealing with a clerk who was enjoying telling me no. That’s what really soured the whole experience for me. Rude customer service, and ripping off a dude that came in the shop one a week for carts. Be better to your loyal customers.
