I tried to stop by on my way through Flagstaff. This dispensary is off a main road which can make it hard to tell where the correct parking area is, especially for someone that lives elsewhere. Upon entering the facility, the front desk girl (Madison) asked where I had parked. I informed her that I parked in the facility parking lot. She then informed me that I needed to park elsewhere. I was not rude, raise my voice or even argue back. I simply nodded my head and turned to leave. As I was walking out the door she very audibly said “and don’t come back here” to me. This felt incredibly rude considering that it was completely unprovoked. There is a serious need for customer service training at this facility. I would highly recommend High Mountain cannabis instead. Its much easier to work with their staff.
