I'm never the type of person to write bad reviews but After going here for years & spending lots of money, I would only come to this shop because they were sweet people and family owned. The owner refused to refund me back or replace the moldy product solely because I opened it. I literally bought the item not even an hour after leaving the place. They allow people to open vape packages in the store and test it and give them a replacement if it is defective. The product i bought wasn't something you'd typically open in the store. Plus it didn't look defective UNTIL IT WAS OPENED! Never had a problem with it before so i didn't choose to open it until i got home when I needed it. I told him that it will make someone really sick and he said it was normal in his country. He really didn't care or act concerned. I even zoomed in with my flash light to show him but he refused to look and just stared at me like I was an idiot! NEVER coming back here again. I really did enjoy coming here before but after today, he really made my blood boil. I'm a very reasonable person and it's sad to say that he was very rude about the entire situation. If I were you, I'd take my business elsewhere.
