I was in the area and went to this smoke shop. After looking at thier battery inventory i was attracted to the "Vision ll". Before i purchased the battery iasked the salesperson (Josh) if i could see the battery first. I wanted to make sure there was not a lot of writing on it and told him so. "Josh" informes me that the package is sealed and he cannot open it, so i decided to buy it sight unseen. After driving home and looking at the package the first thing i noticed was the flap hanging out. This is the part that Josh moved and said it was sealed....it was not. When i removed the inner box i noticed that one of the side flaps was folded down into the box. Upon opening the inner box you could tell it had been open and another flap folded into that box. Upon looking at the battery itself the "factory" wrapper had been opened. This is not ok. I packed everything back and drove back to the store. This is the part that made me write there view. When i told Josh about the package being open and all of the things that indicated it was open he siad he "thought" it was tape up. Then his rude response was "how do i know YOU didnt do that?" When i told him i came way from Upland he argued that "thats not that far!" When i aaked for another one he told me there was a no return policy. I then asked for the manager/owner's number and he told me he didnt have anumber but i could come back mon through friday and gave me the store hours or i couldlook it up online! As a 61yo woman being talked to like that and made to seem like i was a LIER, by a boy young enough to be my grandson, is completly un acceptable!
