Moved here from Jackson, MI about a year ago. Always received excellent customer service there. Always had someone updating you on the newest inventory and their thoughts. They actually knew your preferences on would tell you if something similar was on special or even if your regular was. After the move, I started going to the one in Westland. You hardly get noticed. You say hi, and get a half ass grin back your way, if your lucky. Never have I received any personal attention, they're to busy paying attention to their own personal matters. I only stop in here if I'm within a block or so away from them anymore. I'd rather spend a little more else where then inconvenience these people. BTW, I still stop by the Jackson location if I'm passing by and still receive stellar service.
