Neville’s Haze is a Sativa-dominant hybrid, named after Dutch breeder Neville Schoenmakers. The strain originates with two Haze phenotypes, Haze A and Haze C, which Schoenmakers reportedly obtained from the Haze brothers. Schoenmakers crossed Haze A with Northern Lights #5. The resulting hybrid, one of Schoenmakers most successful creations, would be crossed with the Haze C to create Neville’s Haze. Winner of first place in the seeds category at the 1998 High Times Cannabis Cup, Neville’s Haze is now carried by both Mr. Nice Seeds and Green House Seed Company.
Grow Information
Neville’s Haze is primarily an indoor grow, for which both Mr. Nice and Green House recommend hydroponic methods. Mr. Nice recommends Screen of Green (ScrOG) or Low-Stress Training (LST) training techniques. Neville’s Haze grows tall with moderate yields in a 98-112 day flowering time. It also gives off classic Haze aromas and flavors, and may require intermediate to advanced cultivation experienced, as noted by Mr. Nice Seeds. Green House Seed has tested its Neville’s Haze at 22.6% THC, 0.15% CBD, and 0.17% CBN — noting strong, long-lasting psychoactive effects that may be effective as a pain reliever and antidepressant. Regular Neville’s Haze seeds are available from Mr. Nice Seeds. Feminized seeds are available from Green House Seed.
