I just moved in up the street and finally had a need to check out my local smoke shop. All I needed was a replacement charger for my cart. The chick sold me one for $4. My gf also bought something and the cashier told her to try it before we left bc it couldn't be returned. That makes sense bc it's a vape and you can't return something you put your mouth on. So we drive the 2 miles back home and realize the charger she sold us doesn't fit my vape cart. So we drive the 3 minutes back (less than 10 minutes in total) to get the product we needed. I ask to return the original charger I bought for $4. She says no. No returns. "But you just sold it to me 5 minutes ago". "Sorry, not my policy". "But you literally sold me the wrong one. You didn't tell me there were no returns. I couldn't test it. I don't want cash. I just want an exchange." "Sorry, we literally don't accept returns." "But that's illegal". You get the idea. Congratulations, Johnny. You just ripped me off for $4 but lost the hundreds I was going to give you.
