The owner along with who I believe to be her husband are beyond problematic and they do not have a single care in the world about customer service. If you want to be bitched at for absolutely no reason whatsoever, by all means, visit this garbage vape shop. This isn't even an isolated incident, the owner is a passive aggressive and moronic woman-child. Of all of the times I've visited this shop, she remains combative and mean-spirited as if the world did her wrong. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This is directly to the owner and the guy who believes he's about that life: I've ran a shop in Houston well before the existence of your own and well before vaping was even popular. If you don't think I know the ins and outs of this business, you'd be dead wrong. Yet, you want to talk to me about e-juice and nicotine as if you're speaking to a child. Little do you know I have more knowledge regarding vaping and vape related products than all of your staff combined. Good riddance running your horrible excuse of a vape shop. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING BERATED OR WASTING YOUR MONEY.
