With my 30 years in sales and marketing and a former smoker that's been doing vapin' for 3 years.......in 4 different cities...I put this store at bottom of list with low quality, limited selection, disorganization and lack of professionalism. The 3 strike rule - I'll go to your store 3 times and spend $$ even if first visit was a bomb out just to see what customer service is like for buyers not satisfied with original purchases. This was a strikeout in my opinion after 3rd visit buying from them.
