No returns or exchanges even if the item they sold didn't work. Owner was called and refused to fix, refund or exchange...now I'm out $80 and can't get a refund from manufacturer because the store is on the naughty list with them. Oh and better yet, I brought it back 5 days later, and that was too long. CRIMINALS, DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took video and separate audio and I wasn't offered an exchange. I'll be reporting BBB and the consumer protection agency. I have my receipt proving it was 5 days later.
