Album Notes - Matt Berry - Simplicity

An unlikely artist to have shown up here once, much less twice, and even further out of left field to create a selection of 11 instrumentals for a label that has supplied the backdrop to TV shows and films for decades. Such is the mind of Matt Berry, and here is Simplicity, true to its word.

A series of ~3 minute compositions intended to be used elsewhere, the tracks sound in step with the actor/musician's 2021 release The Blue Elephant, albeit this time wordless, and present an open invitation as a soundtrack to any sort of activity. Like cooking a holiday dinner.
