This is a red flag warning about Enjoyable CBD. Do not expect good customer service from this company. I contacted the company on May 26th via messenger because their "contact us" was coming up 404 Error. I had no response until August 4th. The person who never identified themself explained that they were in the midst of a major social media transition, but he/she was now willing to help. My issue was that the CBD oil tincture I had purchased had dissintegrated the rubber dropper into a messy black slime and ruined the product. After a little more conversation, I was offered a replacement to be sent out at no charge. I thought that was fair and thanked him. Then he offered to send out a free one on the house as well. In my mind, that compensated for the 2+ months of zero customer service. I double checked that the original problem with the dissolving rubber was fixed. He confirmed it was "fixed". A few days later, the package arrived matching the tracking #. But when I opened it, there was only the one bottle which had escaped it's box because it was free to rattle around in the package with no packing material. The outer packaging showed no signs of tampering. In fact, it was well sealed. Also the liquid in the bottle is pink. It was a very faint pink color when I recieved it. Each day, it gets darker. It is in a drawer -- not exposed to sunlight and not over heated. It is still sealed/unused because I don't know if it is contaminated or compromised. Of course I contacted them and asked what was up. He said there were 2 bottles and he had seen them, in the box, himself. I suggested perhaps there was a way to check using the weight of the shipment. --Nada. Now I am irritated. Yes, I would have initially been happy with the single replacement. But you offered and did not follow through. Not just that -- someone is not being honest and it is not me. If you are doing customer service, that is really not cool! It was ended with a "Take care ma'am, which I took as an insult.
