Contacted owner about a refund for a "backordered" product that was paid for two months prior. Tom verbally promised a refund "as soon as he got back to his computer" since he was on the road. Its been another month...smh. The products are solid and face to face customer service is good, DO NOT trust ordering online though... you'll be sorry
