Stopped in the other day, prepared to make a purchase. One girl was behind the counter, apparently training a new employee. She didn't look up when we entered, although the new employee did greet us. When I asked her questions, she was rude and condescending. Once again, the new employee tried to cover for her, asking follow up questions and pointing us toward a product. But it was not enough to inspire a purchase. Sad to say, I never got to try the products, but would recommend that the first girl take some customer service pointers from the new employee.
