The staff is great here. Very welcoming and friendly. They will only help you with what you need. I emphasize, help. They will not force you to buy a product. They do free samples so you can see for yourself, if skeptical, if it's worth purchasing. They are wheelchair accessible/handicap friendly if that is a concern. If physically unable to go to the store do to health concerns (bedridden/hospital bound) they will do an order over the phone, although they'd rather see you in person. They do ship for free as advertised, and overall are amazingly helpful. I wish I'd found them sooner, and that I could give them a shower of stars for a review.
