I work in SF and I use this place - I was Just there today Saturday 7.15.2013 - there is a woman white w dark hair skinny - she hates her job. I work in the service industry as I manage up to 10-15 people any given day- Service w a smile or I can’t use you as my CEO says. If a customer gives you his ID in your hand you return it in your hand - and that’s the same with money. Management take her off front desk duties just have her be a re stocker so she does not speak to your customers because age sucks.
