What determines the tax prices in the final sales price?
Only the 15% California Cannabis Excise Tax is included in the listed price. Licensed cannabis retailers in the City of Santa Ana are required to charge the same local tax of 7% on cannabis products, in addition to the California sales tax of 9.25%. Please note that these tax rates are pre-determined by the city and state government. ASHE has zero control over these tax amounts and 100% of the taxes are collected to be submitted to the City of Santa Ana and the California Department of Tax Fee & Administration.

I have been a customer for 5 years!!! Recently, I moved to LA and visited their OC store on the afternoon of April 8, 2024, to check out "Protab" deals, only to be told that they were not offering Protabs! 1- Initially, the associates said they were out of Protabs. However, after I circled around and saw Protabs, they claimed the deal was over! 2- When I mentioned that the deal was still available online, the first response was that it should have been taken down. At the reception, I asked another associate and was told that the deals were proceeding as usual. So, I went ahead to order a "Protab boost sativa" online for pickup, and the same person who earlier said they didn't have it then said: "If you order a Protab BOGO, I will give only you Indicas for the free ones." It's just rude. I came from LA specifically to buy from my favorite store, and they play games. If they want to refuse to honor deals, they should simply don't have deals or train their staff instead of wasting people's time!
