They ship their products in unsealed containers. I noticed inconsistent amounts of product in multiple containers of 3.5 grams and decided to check them. I purchased two 3.5 gram containers and went right home to weigh them on a digital scale. I received barely 6 grams! When I called their customer service I was offered $15 which I declined. I was also told nothing can be done about shipping the product in unsealed containers and then the woman hung up on me. Lesson here is if you expect integrity in the weight of the product you purchase don’t buy from a unsealed container that anyone in the chain of custody between packaging and you can pinch a half gram out of.
