i was a regular here for years but i will not be returning to AYR after today. i placed an order of four 1/8s for $90. i am a medical patient and my caregiver picks up my medicine when i am having pain flares. when he picked up my order today he was told that one of the 1/8s was out of stock and the associate offered to replace it with another 1/8. however, the one they gave him was not part of the 4 for $90 deal so they wound up charging him $140 for my order. obviously we came back to try to get it straightened out, but instead of helping whatsoever, the manager gave us a huge attitude, refused to fix the issue, and sent him off without offering to help in any way. for context i’ve probably spent $1000s at this place over the years, but because they chose to rip me off $50 today they just lost my business forever. trust that i will be telling my friends about your terrible business practices and to avoid this place at all costs.
