As a patient, I have shopped at this pharmacy five times and each time I have encountered the unfortunate same experience. The front desk employee never smiles at you or thanks you, they glare at me as if they are miserable. As a medical patient I am surprised that this behavior is tolerated. Today I was told by the medtender that I’m buying the cheapest thing “again”; but this is my budget as disabled person. I feel shamed by shopping for medicine that helps me, it’s awful. All of the other dispensaries in the SLC area are very kind and informative. Because I am on a fixed income I have chosen Bloc because of their value pricing and proximity to my home, but each time I leave the building I wonder why I keep coming back to a place where the staff is blatantly rude and uninterested in assisting their customers with kindness. I will never visit Bloc in South Jordan again.
