they never have what I want in stock. they have these things called transfer boxes that have a ton of product in them from the main store but they're never allowed to open them or put any of those products out when the store is open. but they also don't do it when the store is not open. So they're consistently out of product in the cases. very frequently. you will see that they list something as being online and you will order it only to show up at the store and find out that they don't have any of your order because none of it actually exists or it exists. but it's in transfer boxes that they once again can't open. The employees are great. they're knowledgeable. I mean it's a weed dispensary so they kind of have to be but this store started out great and it's just going downhill more and more quickly. not only can you not mention mix and match products like you can at other every other dispensary like usually things are in a price tier here. doesn't matter if the weed is the same price. if it's from two different companies or it's two different strains, you're not getting a bulk price. you're paying the eighth price the whole way up. And yeah basically it's just silliness at this place. they have four employees working with two cash registers. yet I've walked into the store when there are four employees working and they tell me to my face that they can't get anything out of those transfer boxes and they can't put anything away from those transfer boxes because they're only allowed to help customers when the store is open even though they only have two cash registers to help customers at. helping customers includes putting product on the shelf

The transfers come in on Thursday and get counted in by the weekend. We do not have any restrictions on employees putting product away that has been counted in by the manager.
