This morning, helped by a strawberry blond female with a headset. Asked about a persy pod that was on their menu but wasn't available on their shelves. She went back to look for it, she came out in a few and said a manager will come out with it right now, and pretty much jumped on another customer. Didnt even ask if there was anything else I can get you while we wait for that. Finally the pod came out and I just asked if someone else can help me as I felt she didnt give a crap right from jump. There were enough budtenders to cover the other people in line that she didn’t need to just help someone else while she is technically supposed to be helping me out. Yeah their selections and deals will keep you coming back, just be prepared to deal with shitty customer service from time to time. At least they have a handful of awesome budtenders that make up for the others shortcomings. Shout out to the the budtender that helped me, I think her name is Eena. Eena was very kind and apologetic for the crappy experience. Also shout out to Josh, as these are the type of budtenders that make this place awesome.
