I had frequented this dispensary for a long time but lately noticed a lot of turnover and new staff that wasn't as knowledgeable. My issue isn't as much with the drop in staff being industry experts or the lack of helpfulness but yesterday I went and was overcharged $51 for a purchase due to something with their inventory management and pricing Caught the first error as I was walking out and was re directed 3 times to talk to a manager and was treated coldly after calling this out. After getting the cash back there wasn't a very sincere apology or offer of credit for this big f**ck up. To make matters worse once I got home the bag was missing an item so I was overcharged once then was not able to resolve the issue with Travis who was my first bud tender then passed to Yvonne who seemed annoyed more than being focused on resolution or costumer satisfaction who snatched my bag (which had just my product that I was overcharged) returned the money but took an item I bought.
