I’ve given OC3 Santa Ana several chances, but it keeps getting worse. When you call, expect to be put on hold for a long time, and when they finally answer, they treat you like a bother for asking questions. The information they provide is often wrong, leading to surprises when you arrive and find out that advertised specials aren’t available or have changed. They don’t keep their Weedmaps deals updated either. I’ve even been sold bad products, and when I tried to return them, they told me it would take 45 minutes to fill out the paperwork. However, when I insisted on waiting, it only took 5 minutes—clearly a tactic to discourage returns. The customer service is terrible, and the staff seems disconnected and poorly managed. My experiences here have consistently gone downhill, and I can’t recommend this dispensary. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
