I ordered 2-2g rosin buckets of 710 labs per at badder or at least that’s what was labeled on WM. I picked up and paid for my order when when checking the labeling it was labeled as “ 1g water hash. I went back and asked if I can get a refund of them to exchange the items and was denied. I drove from Hawthorne to Silver Lake just to waste my time for them not to know how to correctly label a product on WM. I’ve never had an issue like this at any of the other catalyst before and it sucks because I had to drive out over 45 minutes because of clerical mistake, it was not my fault. They did give me an extra gram of rosin but that’s doesn’t fix the fact that I water my time due to a store error. Upper management please contact me. I would love to speak to someone who can actually help. Wouldn’t recommend this store. Also I have screen shots of everything.
