I looked EVERYWHERE for a specific vape flavor, and half the places I called didn't have it, and the other half didn't even answer the phone. I called this one and they had it, and the owner, Eric, remembered talking to me and had it picked out before I could even finish my sentence! He suggested some awesome flavors and let me sample a few, and I walked out with a ton more than I planned. They've also got a sick gaming setup, and this isn't vape-related, but he also keeps a gnarly stock of Mountain Dew on hand, and I do love the Dew. As a small shop owner myself, Eric is doing everything right as a business owner--listens to customer requests, builds relationships based on more than just the sale, and makes sure customers are happy walking out. Vape stores are so niche that most places can get away with just about anything, but Cloud raises the bar pretty high and I won't be shopping anywhere else if I can help it!
