Not sure what the rating system is. It opened up with a 5 already in the rating space. I do like this shop a lot. I'm an older person with health problems and trouble sleeping. The staff seems knowledgeable, friendly, and never try to oversell me. I was shocked to open the reviews and the first few sounded dirty and nasty...maybe put there by someone with a grudge or competing?? Sad, because they are very professional as far as my experiences, and other seniors I've spoken to.
