The manager on duty treated me like I was beneath him and below them all. He spoke to me like I was an idiot. Don’t order online if you expect them to honor the discount pricing you order for. I ordered online at a discounted price (for one singular item) I ordered within the discount price window. I was unable to get there sooner than 12:30 and he would not honor the pricing. If the staff won’t honor the discount when it’s that close to the window, the item was ordered in the window, and the patient arrives only 30 minutes past the window. Then don’t make online ordering available. I will NOT be using Columbia care moving forward and I will not suggest it to anyone.
