I've been a loyal customer at Curaleaf for over 4 years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this place. I purchased vape pods from them, and to my disappointment, they were defective right out of the box. I’ve been a regular customer here, so I expected better customer service, especially after all the business I’ve given them over the years. I reached out to them, hoping for an exchange or a refund, but they flat out refused to help me. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the issue at all. It's really frustrating to be treated this way after being such a consistent customer for so long. If you're considering going here, just be aware that they don’t seem to stand behind the products they sell, and you might end up stuck with something that doesn’t work. It's really disappointing because this place used to be great, but after this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
