I feel like everytime I go here I leave happy but end up disappointed. I asked for sour diesel the other day i was redirected by the salesperson to another Electra leaf since i had bad experience with some of the outdoor there. I was redirected to orange cookie Mac, which they assured me was energizing. So I decided to go with it. The strain is anything but it’s a couch lock and they had what I wanted but wouldn’t give it to me. It’s frustrating every time I go I feel like I’m sold bad product or rushed into a bad sale. I’m not sure the staff is knowledgeable at all. It makes me bummed because they are plenty nice. I also wish they’d understand that most people smoke for effect not taste. Taste is secondly never lead with that. Customers have use needs, lead with that and know the product.
