I didn't receive my delivery two days in a row! The first day it was late in the evening the the delivery driver showed up without my package. He was screaming and cursing so loud in the street about how horrible the company is, and it was just past 11pm! They said they will delivery first thing in the morning and sent an email confirmation of this new delivery time. AND THEY STILL DIDN'T DELIVER! Now they won't respond to my emails asking about the status of my delivery that is over 30 minutes past the delivery window. They are ignoring my request for a refund as well. They just do not respond. Even the delivery person from yesterday said they take long to respond to him. What's going on with this company? This would have been my third order with them. No more. I have to endure this horrible service and lack of delivery after I went through the nightmare of their new payment processor. This is such a horrible headache. If I see Doobie is involved I'll turn away from now on. I will not recommend to a friend I will not shop here again. There was no product to rate so that gets 1 star.
