Customer service made me disappointed. I live nearby and pickup vapes regularly, always get their top shelf products. I come from the industry and store and use them according to manufacturer recommendations, so when I purchased one that was recommended by the budtender, and it leaked oil from the first rip, I was sure they would do right and exchange the vape for a new one. Sadly, the manager told me it was a user error and they couldn’t do anything because it was my fault. Bummed we couldn’t come to an agreement because I’ve always used them the same way and this was the only one that gave me issues. Things happen, I just wish the management honored customer satisfaction
